Western Cuisine / Kuroge Wagyu Steak

Kochi-grown Wagyu beef served with our original sauce. We carefully select cuts with just the right amount of lean meat. The more you chew, the more juicy, savory flavor bursts forth, allowing you to experience the true essence of the meat.

Japanese Cuisine / Assortment of Three Tosa Delicacies

A platter of delicacies to enjoy alongside Tosa sake. Please savor "Sake-toro"—named by the lord of the Yamauchi family, with whom our inn has a long-standing connection—"Dorome" (which can only be eaten when fresh), and "Nore-sore" prepared in the Kochi-style "nuta" sauce.

Japanese Cuisine / Seared Moray Eel

Moray eel, traditionally served on special occasions in this fishing village in Kochi. Once the gelatinous skin melts away, you can enjoy a tender, flaky texture reminiscent of chicken.
