About Banquets and Meetings
We strive to ensure that all our guests can enjoy their meals with peace of mind. However, as we prioritize the safety of our guests above all else, we have established certain restrictions regarding our ability to accommodate food allergies, as outlined below.
Please be sure to review the following information before making a reservation.
1. Our Policy on Allergy Accommodations
The only accommodation we can provide is to “omit specific ingredients during the cooking process.”
(Examples: Removing specific allergenic ingredients from a sashimi platter / Removing allergenic side dishes from grilled dishes, etc.)
However, for the reasons listed below, we are unable to provide “complete elimination” of allergens.
● Handling of Seasonings, Broths, and Extracts: We cannot remove trace amounts of ingredients contained in seasonings, broths, or processed foods.
● Cooking Environment: We do not have dedicated allergy-friendly kitchens or utensils; meals are prepared in the same kitchen as our general menu items. While we take the utmost care in cleaning, we cannot completely eliminate the possibility of trace amounts of allergens being introduced during the cooking process.
2. Cases Where We May Decline to Serve Meals
To avoid the risk of symptoms occurring, we regret to inform you that we cannot serve meals (including allergy-friendly options) to guests who fall under any of the following categories.
● In cases where severe symptoms may occur: Guests who have previously experienced severe symptoms such as anaphylactic shock from even trace amounts of allergens, or those instructed by a doctor to “avoid consumption even in extremely small amounts.”
● In cases of multiple allergies: Guests with allergies to multiple items, making it difficult to ensure the safety of the entire menu.
● In cases of reactions to seasonings, broths, or extracts: Guests who react not only to specific ingredients but also to individual components.
● When allergy accommodations are required for children: Because children’s physical conditions can change rapidly.
● When specific dietary restrictions apply: Special meal accommodations for vegetarians, vegans, Halal, etc.
For guests falling under the above categories, to ensure your own safety, we ask that you book a room-only plan (without meals) or prepare your own meals.
3. A Request to All Guests
