In recent years, there have been reports of incidents involving mobile power banks emitting smoke or catching fire, both in Japan and abroad.

To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation regarding the use of portable chargers in guest rooms, specifically regarding the following points.

・Please refrain from charging your mobile battery when you are away from your room, such as when you go out.

・When charging portable electronic devices from a power bank or charging the power bank using an in-room power outlet, please refrain from using it in the following locations:
1) Near windows exposed to direct sunlight
2) On top of flammable materials such as beds, sheets, or curtains

・While charging, please use the device in a location where you can always monitor its status to prevent any potential issues.

Please note that if we discover any of the above situations during room cleaning while you are staying with us, our staff may disconnect the power bank or move it to a different location for safety reasons. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
